Shop123 ships to most countries in the world but there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Shop123's shipping cost is calculated based on weight. Different factors can affect the actual cost and estimated delivery time (EDT) of sending your products to the buyer, such as: Package weight and dimensions.

• Shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS calculate shipping charges based on the actual weight of the package or its dimensional weight.
• Delivery times. Some buyers prefer to pay for expedited shipping; this cost is based on where the buyer is located.

Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund.

With Shop123's 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Return With Shop123 - It's Easy:

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
